What the Heckie, It's Kid's Home Eckie! Learning to sew.
Diggin' It is proud to present Christine Lindsay's new blog ,How to Love Your Home, featuring her tips and stories from her experience as a seamstress and designer on how to really love everything about your personal space. Our favorite post so far? A story, photos included, on Christine's What the Heckie, It's Kid's Home Eckie summer camp class at Diggin' It from June 18th-23rd! As Christine posted, "It wasn't just how the salad or pizza tasted, it wasn't how the aprons looked, or how the paint came onto the bookshelves - it was about the journ ey.. Children need to have hands-on experiences... without the pressure of adults expecting flawlessness. Mistakes are stepping stones to find what we like. We can't grow without opportunity to discover & explore." Thanks for a wonderful growing opportunity, Christine! We hope to have you back soon - but until then, we'll keep checking your blog for more insights like these!
