Hello all cooking, gardening, and crafting friends,
Come catch some shade this summer at Diggin' It and check out the whole new selection of goods for sale: Peruvian knits, PAPAYA! bags, Noah bells, hippie threads and more! Also, it's that time of year again to celebrate Diggin' It's Anniversary. I am blissfully grateful for all of the customers, groupies, friends and artists I have had the pleasure of meeting over the past two years! I am thankful, thankful, thankful. Join us for fun and a party yard sale to celebrate two years of bliss here at Diggin' It.

You too can knit! In this Diggin' It class Nita Thedford will help you to make a lightweight shrug of your own just like the one at right. It may be too hot to shrug your shoulders now, but a shrug would be perfect for cool fall nights later this year! Email Nita at or inquire at Diggin' It (469-952-3446) to register. Happy knitting!
New Moon Astrology with Janet Landers
Wednesday, July 18th, 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Class Fee: $25 first time guests/$20 returning guests
Like any map that gives us directions, the stars and the planets are a guide with indications of the possibilities that lie across our paths as we continue our journey in life. The New Moon in Cancer workshop offers the opportunity for continued personal growth as we explore roles relating to security, home and family. Lots of astro action in July!! Send your birthday/time/place to, as we explore the transits and aspects of this month's new moon.
Diggin' It Kids' Global Art, Geography, & Literature Camp
10:00 am - 12:00 pm daily from Monday, July 16th - Friday, July 20th
Class Fee: $110 total: $60 non-refundable deposit, with the remainder paid first day of class
All 3rd-6th graders are invited for a week-long, whirlwind world tour of learning, fun, and artistic expression at Diggin' It! Teacher, world-traveller, and literature enthusiast Erin Denny will use her multi-faceted experiences to teach children art, lessons of history and geography, and the importance of sharing differences between cultures, as well as other life lessons. Dot-Art of the Aborigines, eggs from Babushka's basket, tissue paper painting in the format of Eric Carle... these are just a few of the projects to be completed during the week! Call Erin at 214-577-6827 or Diggin' It for further information and reservations.
